In improved pasture, 50m NE of a townland boundary with Ballynamona and 345m NW of the Ballynamona River. A complex of contiguous barrows (LI032-289/290/291/292/293----) lie 335m to NE. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 230: AP 5/2018) as a faint roughly oval-shaped cropmark to the immediate NW of a farmyard. Levelled monument is visible as a faint roughly oval-shaped cropmark (16m NW-SE; 14m NE-SW) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012, on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013 and on Google Earth orthoimage 20/03/2018.
