Situated W of a tributary of the Ballynaclough River in flat, well-drained pasture. There are very gentle natural undulations at this location but the monument, shown as a sub-oval enclosure (diam. c. 70m), is no longer evident.
A local fairy fort (ringfort/rath); wider significance not recorded.
