
What is recorded here
On the gently rising W slopes of Gloshia river valley, in rolling grassland. There are good views N, E and S across and along the valley, land rising gently to E. An enclosure (int. diam. c. 32m N-S; c. 33m E-W; overall diam. c. 47m N-S; c. 45m E-W) is indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map and 1947 revision. The monument has been levelled and is not visible at ground level.
