In flat marshland, near E bank of Glencorby River. Site is depicted as circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on 1841 OS 6-inch map and as D-shaped platform on 1923 OS 6-inch map. No visible surface trace of such a feature in area where field boundaries have recently been removed. In approximate location of site is natural rise (c. 10m N-S; c. 9m E-W; H c. 3.6m), which might be feature depicted on OS 6-inch map in fashion of an archaeological site.
