What is recorded here

Situated on a hillock in undulating terrain, under pasture. Depicted as a circular enclosure on the 1st (1840) and 1904 ed. OS 6-inch maps. The site is also visible on an aerial photograph taken in 1973 (GSIAP, S 84/3). Between 1973 and 1984 the site was levelled (Stout 1984, 58). Not visible at ground level.
