In improved pasture, at base of a gentle N-facing slope. Circular area (dims. 15m E-W; 14m N-S) defined by denuded scarp (Wth 2.5m; H 1.2m) and a well preserved external fosse (Wth 6.35m; D 0.45m). There is a causewayed entrance (Wth 2.5m) at W. The interior, which is dish-shaped, is obscured by a dense clump of briars in the NW quadrant and there are mature thorn trees growing around the perimeter. A motte (TS059-110----) is c. 220m to the WSW.
