Enclosure in Farranastig

Walsh (1983, 94, 98) records a possible circular enclosure located to E of rectangular enclosure (CO062-056----) of which it 'may have been an ancillary feature'. No visible surface trace. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 2: East and South Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1994).
