In pasture, on W side of stream. Hachured on 1902 OS 6-inch map as oval enclosure. Oval area (c. 30m N-S; c. 20m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 2m). Water channel on S side connects to stream. According to local information maybe flax retting pond. Named 'Knockeemroe' on 1902 and 1936 OS 6-inch maps.
