Derryleagh is a place where memory itself becomes a trap. Facts arrive strangled, debased, turned into weapons. The chamber holds no human resident, only the assembled wreckage of every record ever forced to speak. What you remember here is not yours. It is the shape of the cage, repeating.

Bowman (1934, 516) recorded levelled, rectangular fort on E. Guerin's land of which 'no sign now remains, as field has been ploughed many times'. Exact location not known.
