On a natural low rise in gently undulating pasture which has been reclaimed. The N portion of this roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 50m) is depicted on the 1903-04 ed. OS 6-inch map, defined by scarp. According to landowner the monument had been removed before 1950s. A roadway runs across the S portion of the enclosure along former E-W boundary with deep, steep ditch on N side. Not visible at ground level.
