In wet pasture liable to flooding 150m W of watercourse that marks the townland boundary with Ballybane. Enclosure (LI031-155----) lies 200m to NW. Not depicted on historic OSi maps. Identified from examination of aerial photograph (BGE 1:5000 No. 48) of the region taken 03/11/1984 associated with Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraghleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. No surface remains visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12. Visible as a circular cropmark on Google Earth orthoimage dated 20/09/2020.
