What is recorded here
This circular enclosure is clearly marked on the 1841-42 OS map. It is not as clearly defined on the 1898 map, and its S end is cut by a fieldbank running E-W. No surface trace survives today.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 1085. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
