Ballyhehan is a hidden enclosure on a gentle south-facing slope in County Clare, Ireland, where pasture and rock still touch. It vanished from the 1842 map but reappeared on the 1915 version, suggesting that people kept shaping or remembering the land even when instruments failed. A rath sits nearby, giving the place the air of a small chamber built for attention rather than display.

On a gentle S-facing slope in improved and extensively cleared pastureland with rock and rough grazing to the W. Not marked on the 1842 ed. of the OS 6-inch map but hachured on the 1915 ed.
