Situated on a natural hillock with a cashel (TN007-022) immediately to the W in undulating countryside. Removed during a land improvement scheme in the late 1950s or early 1960s. Described as a small ring feature of no archaeological significance (OPW files). Not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
