In a hilly area of rough pasture and boggy undergrowth, overlooked by high hills all around. Marked as a barrow on Robinson's (1977) map. Listed as 'Ringfort' in the RMP (1996). Visible in satellite imagery (Digital Globe 2011-2013; Aerial Premium 2013-2018) as a subcircular/subrectangular enclosure (c. 24.5m ENE-WSW; c. 24.5m NNW-SSE) defined by a grass-covered bank.
