What is recorded here

Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 40m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a low plateau. Dished, grass-covered subcircular area (dims. 22m E-W; 19m N-S) with slight remains of a bank (Wth 4m; H 0.3m) at SW. Earthwork (WA017-030----) is c. 60m to the NE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
