What is recorded here
Marked as a rectangular embanked or moated enclosure (ext. dims. c. 50m N-S; c. 40m E-W) on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a gentle SE-facing slope with the headwaters of a small W-E stream c. 60m to the E. It is not regarded locally as an antiquity, and is not visible at ground level in pasture.
