Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 45m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, with a possible Man-made underground passage indicated as 'cave'. Located at the top and towards the N end of a N-S ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 25m) defined by a slight scarp (H c. 0.4m) NE-SW. The Man-made underground passage not visible at ground level.
