Fairy fort / earthen ringfort

What is recorded here

Located on a gentle SE-facing slope with the NW-SE Dalligan river c. 300m to the W. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims. 34m N-S; 29m E-W) defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 6-8m; int. H 1.4m; ext. H 1.7-2.4m) with some bushes, which is used as a field bank NE-SE. There is an outer fosse (Wth of top 4.5-6.5m; Wth of base 2m; ext. D 0.3-0.6m) SE-W-NE. The entrance (Wth 4.5m) at ENE was possibly widened but is now blocked. Rath (WA023-017----) is c. 180m to the NE.
