Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Cloonsuck, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a gentle southwest-facing slope and presents a circular grass-covered area measured thirty-point-one metres east-west and about twenty-seven metres north-south. An earthen bank surrounds this space, separates from an outer bank by a shallow fosse, and leaves gaps where the inner and outer banks are missing. A three-metre-wide entrance appears at the west, while a north-south field wall cuts across the monument and another cashel stands two hundred and twenty metres to the east-southeast.
On a gentle SW-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 30.1m E-W; c. 27m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.8-4.3m; int. H 0.3-0.4m; ext. H 0.8-1.1m) separated by a fosse (Wth of base 3.2-4.2m; D 0.5m) from an outer bank (Wth 3.5-4m; H 0.2-0.5m). The inner bank is missing SE-S and the outer bank is missing WNW-N, while the entrance (Wth 3m) is at W. The monument is bisected by a N-S field wall (max. ext. diam. 49.4m E-W). Cashel (RO026-004----) is c. 220m to the ESE.
