Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Clooncullaan (roscommon By., Cregga Ed), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a gentle south-facing slope at the southern edge of a broad, low-lying plateau. A circular overgrown area measures about twenty metres across and contains an earth and stone bank, inner facing-stones at the west-northwest, and an outer fosse running from the southwest through the north to the south-southeast. A one-metre entrance at the south-southeast may be original.
On a gentle S-facing slope at the S edge of a broad, low-lying plateau. Circular overgrown area (diam. 20.9m N-S; 19.6m E-W) defined by an overgrown earth and stone bank (Wth 2.8-3.3m; int. H 0.3-0.7m; ext. H 0.2-0.5m) with some inner facing-stones at WNW, and an outer fosse (Wth of top 2-2.7m; Wth of base 1.1-1.3m; D 0.2-0.3m) SW-N-SSE. An entrance (Wth 1m) at SSE may be original.
