In tillage, atop ridge. Depicted as hachured oblong arc (C c. 130m) formed by scarp S->NE on 1937 OS 6-inch map. Oblong arc, of barely perceptible scarp, evident S->NE. Standing stone (9904) just N of S scarp of arc. Shanbally Fort (13720) immediately E of site.
