Remains of large stone house, built c. 1800, now in ruins with Gothic-style follies to east and south. Rubble limestone walling to north and east and farmyard with rubble masonry outbuildings to north. Folly to east having central triple-lancet openings with pointed-arched openings to either side. Limestone and sandstone rubble masonry with rubble stone voussoirs to arches. Set back from road on private laneway and surrounded by farmland, house c. 1980.

This interesting architectural survival is believed to be a folly by the owner of the modern house in the grounds. It is an impressive and striking structure with its gradation of pointed arched openings and fine rubble masonry work and is an intriguing reminder, along with other surviving walls and outbuildings, of what once must have been a large country estate.
