What is recorded here

No visible marker exists today, though a small outcropping rock at Three Castles Head once bore two ringed Maltese-type crosses in false relief. The stone has vanished from that coast, leaving behind a gap where a sacred or boundary symbol should still stand.

Two ringed Maltese-type crosses in false relief were noted on a small outcropping rock (H c. 1m) at Three Castles Head (pers. comm. Marcus Nolan). This rock could not be located in 2004/5.
