Detached four-bay single-storey former gate lodge, built c. 1880, with projecting porch and single-bay single-storey extension to right hand side. Now in use as private house. Pitched natural slate roof with timber bargeboards, modillions, nap rendered chimneystacks, polygonal clayware pots and cast-iron rainwater goods. Nap rendered walls. Timber windows with stone and concrete sills. Timber matchboard door with half door and cast metal bell. Semi-circular arched opening to rear. Nap rendered boundary walls with render panels and wrought-iron double leaf gates.
