Inside the SW edge of a graveyard (SL020-171002-). An upright rectangular limestone pillar (H 0.9m; Wth 0.5m; T 0.26m; long axis NNW-SSE). Small moss-covered stones are piled around its base. O'Rorke ([1889], vol. 2, 247) recorded that the stone, popularly known as 'Clogh an Easpuig' [the Bishop's stone], marks the resting place of a bishop and, according to local tradition, the part of it which is sunken in the ground is ogham-inscribed. A small roughly oval stone (L 0.3m; Wth 0.25m; T 0.7m) lies at the base of the E face of the pillar. It has a flat base and a slightly rounded upper surface which contains five shallow circular holes with rounded bottoms (diam. 0.02m; D 0.03-0.05m) which, according to local tradition, were used to hold candles.
