What is recorded here

Classiebawn Castle in County Sligo was built in the 19th century by the O'Conor Don family, who were descendants of the last King of Connacht. The castle is important as a symbol of Irish heritage and aristocracy, and it is also remembered for its association with the Irish poet W.B. Yeats, who visited the area and was inspired by its landscape.
