Cist in Grange (ballintober South By.) is a cist in Grange (ballintober South By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. Grave 5 measures 0.7m NW-SE, 0.5m NE-SW and 0.3m high beneath a 0.83 x 0.72m capstone. It contained a cremation, a pottery fragment and a bone pendant or bead. The cist sat in the eastern cairn spill and was inserted into the mound.

Grave 5 is a cist (int. dims 0.7m NW-SE; 0.5m NE-SW; H 0.3m) with a capstone (dims 0.83 x 0.72m) which contained a cremation, a fragment of pottery and a bone pendant or bead.
