Cist in Grange (ballintober South By.) is a cist in Grange (ballintober South By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. Grave 13 measures 0.84 metres north-south, 0.57 metres east-west and 0.52 metres high beneath a 1.5 by 1.15 metre capstone. It held two bowl food vessels and a large deposit of cremated bone. The chamber sat in the subsoil just northwest of the cairn centre.
