Caldragh Field in Eighter, County Cavan, is a children's burial ground hidden beneath rolling pasture. No stones or marks remain visible, yet the gentle land still carries the weight of small lives lost before records reached it. The field appears ordinary during daylight, but it becomes a chamber of quiet company when rain softens the grass and wind moves through the hollows.

Davies (1948, 115) recorded that this site is known as the 'Caldragh Field'. Situated in rolling pasture-land. No visible remains. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cavan' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1995).
