Castle, tower house in Finglas East stands in County Dublin, Ireland. A 17th century drawing places it opposite St Canice's Church, battlemented and chimney-topped, with dwellings clinging to either side. It has vanished from ground level, leaving only the drawn shadow of a building that once dominated the street.
