Carn Hill Cairn is an almost completely heather-covered mound 10m to 12m across and up to 1m high on the summit of Carn Hill in County Donegal. It is marked as a trigonometrical station on later maps but appears earlier in date, sitting in rough pasture with extensive views. The hill may have given people a place to mark distance, judge weather or simply belong somewhere visible.

The cairn is marked as a trigonometrical station on the 3rd edition of the OS 6-inch maps but appears to be earlier in date.
