Cairn is a cairn, unclassified in Mahanagh, County Sligo, Ireland. On a low ridge, on a small peninsula which extends into Lough Gara. A sod-covered circular cairn (15.4m N-S; 16.1m E-W; H 1.8m) surrounded by oak trees. Several upright boulders protrude through the sod.

A Neolithic cairn; date uncertain but likely early to middle Neolithic. Its location on a prominent ridge and the presence of upright boulders suggest ritual or funerary significance.
