What is recorded here

Situated on Knockandinny on the N extremity of Saggart Hill. A circular cairn with a diam. 10m (Kilbride-Jones 1950, 315). Today the site is in the area of Hole 3 on the fairways of Slade Valley Golf Club. There are no visible remains of the site at ground level. Also the site of a ring-barrow (DU024-002002-). This remains an important historical record, but the official description says the monument is no longer visible or has been destroyed. The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
