What is recorded here

No credible evidence exists that the quadrant cairn in Coill Bhaile Uí Fhlaithimh marked a burial, worshipped a god or guided a ritual. Its straight field-wall edges, collapsed southeastern boundary and separate line of horizontal stones suggest people cleared a dismantled wall and dumped the stones at its edge. That ordinary act preserves more of human life than grandeur would have: a boundary changed, a slope tidied, a landscape rearranged without praise.
