Burial in Fahamore stands at the tip of the Magharees Peninsula, where ploughing broke open graves built with sides and covered by large slabs. One chamber held a rather large skeleton, suggesting a person of unusual size or importance. The discovery turned ordinary farm soil into a threshold between living memory and forgotten depth.
