What is recorded here

No stones or ditches remain visible in Kilpatrick, only the field name Tadg na Reilige carrying the memory of a lost cill and burial ground. The land may have swallowed the chamber, the chamber may have held one named man, and that man may have been so ordinary the stones forgot him. What survives is the shape of forgetting: a place still speaking through the mouths of others.
