Killally East holds a forgotten burial ground hidden inside The Cill Field, still named for the dead beneath the soil. Power recorded the cillin near Paul Walsh's farm in 1932, capturing a place where ordinary farming life overlapped ancient memory. The exact spot has vanished, but the field name preserves the shape of what was lost.

Power (1932, 91) recorded 'cillin' at Killally which was 'on Mr Paul Walsh's farm, close to the residence, in a field still called "The Cill Field".' Exact location not known.
