Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1830, now disused. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with exposed rubble stone wall to east gable. Square-headed openings having one-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and square-headed opening with timber battened door. Rendered boundary walls and square-profile piers with metal gate.

Long low profile and sheltered site evident of vernacular tradition. Typically, front elevation faces south to capitalise on solar heat. Pleasing façade created by mass to void ratio. Although overgrown, retains its form and much fabric.
