Bullaun stone in Kyle (scarawalsh By.)

Located in the valley of a small N-S stream, c. 3m from its W bank, in the lower foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains. It is also on the E side of a farm lane. This is a granite stone (dims. 0.7m x 0.65m; H 0.25m) with a single basin (diam. 0.4m; D 0.14m) called the 'Wart Well'. Burial ground (WX014-038002-) is c. 80m to the WNW.
