Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1855, as a pair with the adjoining building to the south. Now in use as retail outlet and flats. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered wall. Timber sliding sash windows to upper floors. Remains of timber shopfront, comprising of pilasters flanking openings with fascia, cornice and console above.
This former house was built as a pair with the adjoining building to the north, and the scale and form of this pair make a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape. The building is enhanced by the retention of interesting features and materials, such as the timber sliding sash windows, remains of the timber shopfront and slate roof.
