Remains of road bridge (Wth 4.5m) over Cummer River. Single overgrown segmental arch (span 2.7m) survives on W bank; roughly cut sandstone voussoirs. Probably originally two or three-arched bridge. Disused road (Wth 2.5m) runs NW-SE to E of bridge. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
