Triple-arch stone bridge, built c.1864, carrying traffic over the River Boyle, with upstream and downstream cutwaters. Comprising random coursed cut stone walls with tooled stone coping, string courses and voussoirs to segmental arch-rings. Balustrades to parapets above central arch.

The execution of the masonry, on this multiple-arch bridge, is notable. The upstream and downstream cutwaters create a pleasing symmetry, combined with its decorative features such as the balustrade and voussoirs, making this a very attractive architectural element at the very centre of Boyle.
