On gently undulating pasture 110m W of a small stream marking the townland boundary with Killeenavera. Ring-barrow (LI024-153----) 20m to S, two ring-barrows (LI024-152001/2-) are located 100m to NE. The monument is not depicted on historic OSi maps. It is visible on OSi orthoimages taken 2005-12, but not on the Digital Globe orthoimages taken 2011-2013. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 51.1; AP 4/3684) as a circular enclosure (ext. diam. c. 15m). The barrow is not visible on the Google Earth orthoimages taken 28/06/2018.
