In pasture, on a gentle SE-facing slope. Semi-circular area (dims. 20m ENE-WSW; 9m WNW-ESE) defined by curvilinear scarp (Wth 3.2m; H 0.55m) E-SW, an inner fosse (basal Wth 2.15m; overall Wth 7.2m; D 0.4m) E-SW and intervening bank (int. H 0.15m; ext. H 0.5m; Wth 6.35m) E-SW and an outer fosse (basal Wth 1.5m; overall Wth 5.55m; D 0.3m) E-SW and outer bank (int H 0.2m; ext. H 0.3m; Wth 5.7m) E-SW, has gap (Wth 6m) at SSE. A ring-barrow, likely dating to the Early Bronze Age. Its semi-circular scarp and fosse suggest a funerary monument, typical of burial practices in this period.
