On low-lying, wet pasture, which is cut by land drains and watercourses. Conjoined to ring-barrow (LI023-225004-) to SW and within a large complex of ring-barrows. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a semicircular-shaped cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 15605: AP 4/3665). Monument is visible as a faint semicircular-shaped earthwork (C 10m) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012, however it is not visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017.
