On low-lying, wet pasture, which is cut by land drains and watercourses, in the N corner of a field. Within a large complex of ring-barrows. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a roughly circular-shaped cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 15606: AP 4/3665). Monument is visible as a faint roughly circular-shaped earthwork (diam. 7m) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012, however it is not visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017. A Neolithic ring-barrow; part of a larger burial complex. Its presence indicates early agrarian settlement and communal burial practices in the region.
