Barrow is a simple, round, flat-topped mound in County Galway, Ireland. It stretches forty-four feet across and rises three feet high. Thorn bushes and briars now smother the grassy top, hiding whatever shape or purpose it once held. The land has taken back the barrow, keeping its secret inside a tangle of living wood.

In rough pastureland. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 17-18, no. 87) as a 'Simple, round, flat-topped' barrow which was circular in plan with an 'overall diameter 44 feet; height 3 feet [diam. 13.4m; H 0.9m]'. He also noted that the top of the grass covered mound, with a 'diameter of 33 feet [c. 10m]', was markedly flat. On inspection in March 1983 and on re-inspection in October 2001 the mound was densely overgrown with briars and thorn bushes making it impossible to examine the monument in detail.
