Double-arch road bridge, built c.1820, spanning Ballymahone River. Coursed rubble stone walls having solider copings. Dressed stone voussoirs to segmental-headed arches, with V-cutwaters to upstream and downstream elevations.

This bridge is of solid rubble construction, with cut-stone voussoirs and solider copings. It is a testament to the craftsmanship and engineering skills of the local craftsmen who were involved in its construction. The bridge retains its original form and has not been widened to accommodate increased traffic.
