Built on slope along N bank of stream flowing into Ballinadee Creek; in ground of Annsville House. Rectangular mill, 4 storey (long axis N-S) with addition to E making ground plan L-shaped. Wheel pit (Wth 4m) along W wall. Now used as farm buildings.
